Directors who prepare with AI arrive better informed, understand the technology they are being asked to govern, and bring new ideas to growing the company and solving its problems. Three focused hours per director, 45 days end to end, for a fixed fee.

Most directors have tried AI once, in a browser tab, without any custom context. We book three one-hour sessions with each of them, on the governance work they own: the strategy question in front of them, the committee they chair. Between the sessions we do the building, so their time goes on using it rather than setting it up.
Onboarding schedule
Three sessions per seat
Every director gets a Claude skill built for their seat, not a generic assistant handed to eight people. Stress-testing the strategy the executive brings. Reading a market or a competitor before the meeting. Working through a risk the committee owns. Finding what the board already decided, and on what basis.

Provisioning skills per seat
A board that knows how to use AI arrives with the homework done and the obvious questions already answered. The meeting spends its time on decisions rather than briefing, and the company gets sharper direction, faster, from the people it pays to give it.
Prompt
Management wants to enter the Nordics next year. Stress-test the case, and give me the five questions I should ask before I vote.
01
AI is on the risk register, in the capital plan and in the auditor's questions. Your board is approving it now, on trust rather than understanding.
02
Your executive team is deploying AI this year. A board that cannot interrogate the plan can only wave it through, or block it for the wrong reasons.
03
Management gets more fluent with each deployment. A board that sits this out is not standing still, it is falling further behind the people it is meant to challenge.
That is the gap we close. In 45 days we make your directors AI literate, on three hours of each director's time: we teach each of them to use it on the governance work they own, build the skills their seat needs, and give them the vocabulary to question management's AI plans on the merits.
Three things, in 45 days, for one fixed fee agreed before kickoff and locked for the engagement. Three hours of each director's time, not three days. Everything under NDA.
01
Diarised in advance and run on real governance work, for the chair, the non-executives, the committee chairs and the company secretary. Three hours of their time in total, and they leave able to do it without us.
02
Strategy stress-testing, market and competitor reads, risk review, prior-decision lookup, built around what that director is responsible for.
03
We work under NDA from the first conversation. Access scoped per seat, read-only by default, and explicit data boundaries signed off before go-live.
FWF builds enterprise automation and AI systems for regulated businesses, as part of the AROBS Group. We are based in Romania with consultants across Europe, and we travel to you for the training sessions. The people who scope the engagement run them, and they stay until the board is working in Claude without them.
1 hour per session3 hours per director
Chair, non-executives, committee chairs and the company secretary, each onboarded one-to-one in three hours of their own time.
Directors arrive with the homework done and the obvious questions already closed out, so the meeting spends its time on judgement.
The working vocabulary to question management's AI plans credibly, and a way of working that holds between quarters.
“A board cannot govern a technology it has never used. Just make your directors experts.”
A short call with Marius or Mihaela. How it works, what it asks of your directors, and what it would look like for your board. We take a limited number of boards each quarter, and we will tell you on the call if yours is not a fit. Either way, you get the full engagement details as a PDF.
Most rollouts start with the organisation and hope the board catches up. We start with the board: one-to-one onboarding, skills per seat, real governance work. Anything wider then becomes a directive from the top rather than a pitch to the top.
Three hours each, split into three one-hour sessions and diarised in advance. The 45 days is our build time, not theirs: between sessions we do the wiring and the skill building, so their hours go on using it. Directors who want more get more, but nobody is asked to clear a day.
The board chair, the company secretary, the non-executive directors, and the committee chairs. Typically six to ten seats, though the engagement is scoped to your board.
We work under NDA from the first conversation. Beyond that, it is the first thing we scope and the last thing we sign off. Access is scoped per seat, connectors are read-only by default, and data boundaries are explicit before anything goes live. Claude is Anthropic's enterprise-grade product, with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 for AI management, encryption throughout, and no use of your data to train models.
No. It reads, summarises, cites and asks questions. Judgement, minutes and decisions stay with the board. That boundary is written into the guardrails, not left to good intentions.
The full 45-day engagement at a fixed fee, agreed before kickoff. Final cost depends on board size and how much of your record we integrate. Scope changes get a new fixed fee, agreed before the change.
Two days in person with your board, which compresses the individual sessions into one visit: onboarding every director, building the skills for each seat, and working through live governance questions together. We can plug into an existing board offsite or run it at your office. Additional fixed fee, agreed before kickoff.
Cowork. It is Claude's product for business teams and boards: no terminal, you ask it to do work and it does the work. Claude Code is for engineers, and no director needs it.
No. You bring the Claude subscription. We build the system around it.
Forty-five days, a fixed fee, and a limited number of boards each quarter. The alternative is another year of directors approving what they cannot question.
